Makerspace Academy
Full 8-week program
- - Project-based learning
- - 12 weeks per project
- - Inter-disciplinary (STEAM)
- - rotation of projects across Engineering, Art, Tech and integrated
- - parents don’t have to send for art class + coding class + robotics class outside which have no link with each other, they can just sign up here and learn how art can be integrated with engineering and tech.
- - will learn 3D modelling, coding, crafting, electronics, etc
- - other robotics centres use off the shelf robots; Makerspace Academy teaches students the first principles to make their own robots from scratch. (Think Elon Musk learning how to redesign and build his own SpaceX Rockets and landing pads)
- - a project journal will be done up by every student to document their progress, and there will be a rubrics for assessment

Here are some common questions about our company.
Pre-Arrival: 15 minutes before your slot, the system automatically turns on the Air Conditioning so the room is cool when you enter.
Unlocking the Door: - Ensure Bluetooth is on and open the Kisi App.
Within 5 minutes of your start time, tap your phone against the reader next to the door.
Entry: As you enter, the lights will automatically turn ON and the smart blinds will CLOSE to ensure your session is private.
Check the Room: Take a quick look around.
"Before" Photo: Take a photo of the room as you found it. The "Before" photo must be uploaded within 10 minutes of entry. Failure to do so may result in the automated system shutting off the Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi access until the photo is received.
Report Issues: If the previous user left a mess, upload the photo and report it via the link in your confirmation email immediately to ensure you are not held liable.
Wi-Fi Connection:
Connect to the "Tutor Network".
Enter the unique PIN/Credential found in your booking confirmation email.
Note: Access is valid only for your booked duration.
Printing:
Use the ezeep/PaperCut app on your laptop to send documents to the printer.
Scanning the QR code on the printer will release your documents.
Charges are automatically logged to your account and invoiced monthly.
